RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may request a return authorization number by [email protected]

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt

- A return authorization number is required for a return to be accepted. Please note that an RA number is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure and does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise returned does not comply with the conditions noted in our return policy.

- Refunds are only issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. In addition, any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. Only items purchased from www.juoemy.com will be accepted for return.

- Once your package has been received at juoemy, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days.

- All items undergo strict quality control standards before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer immediately.

CREDIT CARD RETURNS

If credit card was used as your method of payment, we will refund your order according to our policy with the following exceptions:

- If you would like a refund back to your credit card account, your merchandise must be returned to juoemy.com Once processed, your refund should be posted in your credit card account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation email.
